At Cyrus Poonawalla CBSE English Medium School, Nagaon, we believe in providing equal opportunity to every child seeking quality education. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, fair, and parent-friendly. We welcome applications from Nursery to Class X for the academic year 2025 – 2026.

The school follows the CBSE curriculum and integrates innovative teaching methodologies through partnerships with Next Education and Trinity College of London, ensuring holistic development and strong foundational skills.

Admission Policy & Guidelines

• The Registration Form must be submitted along with a recent colour passport-size photograph of the child.
• Registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
• Registration does not guarantee admission.
• The Management and the Principal reserve the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
• Admission is subject to the availability of seats in the respective class.
• The school promotes an inclusive environment and adheres to all government guidelines regarding admissions.

Step-by-Step Admission Procedure

1. Inquiry & Campus Visit
   Parents are encouraged to visit the school campus, meet the admission counsellor, and understand the facilities, curriculum, and teaching methodology. You may contact us via the provided mobile numbers or email to schedule a visit.
2. Registration
   Obtain the Registration Form from the school office or the Admission Facilitation Center. Fill it accurately and submit it along with the required registration fee and a recent passport-size photograph of the child.
3. Acknowledgement & Interaction
   Upon successful registration, an acknowledgement will be issued. The child and parents may be invited for an informal interaction with the Principal or faculty to assess readiness and discuss expectations.
4. Submission of Admission Form
   Only after receiving acknowledgement of the Registration Form can the Admission Form be submitted. Attach all required documents (listed on the separate Documents page).
5. Fee Payment & Confirmation
   Admission is confirmed only after the payment of the prescribed admission fee. Once the seat is accepted and fees are paid, the admission fees are non-refundable even if the seat is later refused.
6. Orientation & Commencement
   Newly admitted students and parents will be invited for an orientation session before the academic year begins. This helps familiarize everyone with school policies, routines, and expectations.
