A healthy mind resides in a healthy body.

The school provides a well-structured sports and physical education curriculum that
encourages and promotes many sports activities. All classes have weekly PE sessions where students learn and take part in sports like badminton, snooker, cricket, taekwondo, football, table tennis, yoga, aerobics, athletics, board games (chess, carrom), etc. Students have access to well-designed training videos on health and fitness awareness to ensure that they reach their full potential in sports.
